#1...50 squats, 40 lunges, 30 pushups, 20 sit-ups, 10 knees in sit-ups#2...500 squats#3...run in place for 5 minutes (I got in 2000 steps, so repeat this 5 times, and you have your FULL 10,000 daily steps!)I hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend!
