As soon as I saw super unleaded at $3.23 on Toronto Road during lunch today, my heart sunk. My little Volvo likes its gas in the city, but gets about 35mpg on the highway. I flew up to 6th St. in hopes that I could get some cheap gas still. No luck [.....

As you might have seen in the SJ-R, the game wasn’t pretty. The Stallions lost to the Port Huron Pirates 54-6. Sure, the Pirates are the defending CIFL Champions, but I guess I expected more than 70 total offensive yards from the Stallions.

Heading to the Springfield Stallions game tonight at the PCCC with about 15 other guys. They play the Port Huron Pirates. Hopefully it doesn’t suck. :) I’ll give you my thoughts after the game.
